Rental Bedsitters Project – SUPPORT – BUY-A-BRICK!
Following several meetings, MDN members floated ideas that would help them achieve financial independence. Mwatate is a growing township with an increasing population of teachers, traders, civil servants, prospectors, ranchers and retirees looking to settle there. The group believes a set of bedsitters will be a good start as the income will help them live decently and educate their children. Below is a realistic rendering of the proposed bedsitter units.
