August 15, 2024 Report:
Against all odds, the office of the disabled in Mwatate SubCounty continues to ensure they facilitate the registration of every disabled person so they can exercise their full rights as citizens. The office reports:
“Leo tulikuwa Rong’e kwa ajili ya ecitizen kuandikisha walemavu kupata certificate zao. Wachache ndio walihudhuria kwasababu ya usafiri. Wote walihudumiwa. Tutapanga kuregea tena kumalizana na waliobaki”
“Today were in Rong’e for the ecitizen certification of the disabled. Only a few could come, for land of transport funds. They were all attended to. We plan to go back there so we get everyone registered”
